• Bar charts now show full title on X-axis: Paint the whole picture. The X-axis of bar charts in reports now displays the entire title, making it easier to understand all of your data.

Fixes

• Fixed custom chart display so non-cumulative option will exclude measures that have no data points in calculation.

• Fixed the health calculation of maintain measures, so they are represented as 'Not Started' health until after the start date.
