Ability to view owner in reports with full name, not icon/initials

Would be great to be able to view the “Owner” column in reports e.g. tables etc. with their name written out instead of just a photo/initials. Sometimes, the photos are very small and hard to see properly, and initials can be common to multiple employees.

This would be a good accessibility feature.
