Adjust "Days Since Last Update" reporting logic for different frequencies

Currently, the reporting system flags an item as red if it has been more than 30 days since the last update, displaying the exact number of days. While this works great for weekly or monthly updates, it creates a false "overdue" status for items on a bi-annual or quarterly schedule, where longer gaps between updates are expected.
