Allow “Collaborator” field to resize in reports (like Owner)

In reports, the “Owner” field can be resized smaller than the length of the word and automatically wraps its content, which helps optimize space. However, the “Collaborator” field behaves differently it cannot be resized or wrapped, and the column remains quite wide because of the length of the word “Collaborator.” which takes a lot of room in a table when it shouldn’t.
