Allow reporting on health as of x date (historical progress), either as a report column or otherwise

We would love to be able to assess the health of their entire plan as of x date, like with the historical progress column in CG snapshots. Best-case scenario, they're able to do this via filter toggle like the horizons, but instead of just filtering for content fitting those dates, it would be "Check health as of x specific date" and everything in the plan would reflect this (including top-to-bottom health statuses)

Historical progress column in discover table would be the most basic help on this, and it sounds like we're already planning on it (awesome!)
