Allow users to select measures for a report template

The Executive Leadership Report template pre-selects 6 measures. Jamie Perkins was asking whether there was any reason for the measures chosen.

We currently do not use any specific logic and the measures are taken from database, the order of the measures in a plan has no bearing on this.

Suggestion: Allowing users to select measures or providing different defaults
