BulkAssignment: A "Select All" option / Bigger limit

As of now, we can select up to 25 elements to transfer ownership via the Bulk Assignment feature. It would be ideal, specifically when a user leaves the org and there is a need to transfer every element, to add a “select all” option since there’s already a “clear all”. Alternatively, a bigger limit for the selection.
