Concise Scheduled Update Templates

Ability to create a Scheduled Update template that only requires a title line to be added and no additional information. The purpose is to have cleaner and more concise reports where, instead of an update of at least three lines (inclusive of title, date, and update), it is only one line. A headline update, rather than a detailed one.
