Edit Ordering of Focus Areas, Objectives, Measures in Objectives Tables

The objective tables can group by focus areas (which customers love!)

However, the ordering of Focus Areas, Objectives, Measures, etc is not aligned with what is in their plan, it'd be great to be able to sort this.

This makes it hard for the customer to see the item they are looking for in the table
