Filter by Focus Area in Discover Table both List and Strategy View

Currently in discover table there is no ability to filter by Focus Area.

This means - when customers want to show projects/actions under only a few focus areas - they need to use strategy view. But the greyed out items create noise.

These reports are not useable at the moment without it
