Further customize AI reporting

When I first built this report I prompted Tapestry to give me a summary with colored bullet points (traffic lights) - this worked, and it was really good! Now they are gone, despite the original prompt still being in place. Also the AI summary refers to Central Europe, APAC and the Nordics when really the comment is about a specific country, not a region. These are not terms we use. I would like the AI just to refer to the country only.
