Have a YTD default timeframe for Charts

Customer wants to visualise Single KPI performance progress from 1 Jan up to date without having to 1) manually select the specific period 2) have the scale of the graph distorted and half of the year empty. As this will be used every month customer doesn't want to be every month updating the time range of over 20 KPIs
