Improve filtering/views on My Work

The usage of ”My Work” has been Challenging since we couldn’t get a good view for only the things that a person should have focus on.
We tried to set the following criteria:
Only showing measures and actions – not any other rows
Only see the measures or actions where the Objectives were either “To Do” or “In Progress” – and the Health is not “Not Tracked” or “Achieved”
Adding the column “Contributes to” to still give the knowledge of where the row belongs
Exclude the “Market Area” plan from the view to keep the focus on the Dealers by choosing to de-select the plan in the filter for “Primary Plan”
We then had a few challenges:
The Objectives were still shown, just greyed out, and I couldn’t get a list view so I could avoid that
The “Won’t Do” Objectives were still shown as greyed out, and the measures and actions belonging to it were shown as active rows (just as reported in another instance).
The Market Area plan was still in the list.
After setting the criteria and going out of the view it has disappeared the next time, we entered the “My Work”, except for the extra column and where it was placed. The filters were set back to default view.
