Improve Speed/Quality of Workspace Support

I’d like to say 50-60% of the time when I search in the Workspace Support section, it errors out and I need to refresh.

There are clearly way too many workspaces in the search space given all the free demos and dead environments etc. I’d like to find a way to clean up the subset of workspaces available to search from. Perhaps if it could only show active clients that would be a more managable subset and it wouldn’t error out so much. Or we archive any non-active environment that hasn’t been accessed in the last 6 months?

Also, any reason we couldn’t access Workspace Support from the Workspace Select page? Clicking into the Cascade workspace to get to Workspace Support feels like an unnecessary step and it adds up for all us internal teams
