Metric Tiles in Reports

The only way to get the Current State Widget in the reports today is by taking a Metric in the library and connecting it to a Measure. Some of the Metrics are broader Yearly numbers, that want to be used to Visualize in Reports and Dashboards - and adding them to a measure in a plan ends up with impacted health scores, and more manual maintenance for targets that can change on a monthly basis. The request here is to simply allow the same visual flow in The Metric Library (Widgets) in a Dashboard/Report - to quickly show a Revenue/Data value
