Move "Post Update" button from the very bottom of the update window and/or make the window larger horizontally so it's easier to see the button

Right now it's very easy to make the post update button hidden, even without any browser zoom. Client requested the button to appear at the top of the form, or to stretch the update window horizontally to make the button easier to spot at the bottom
