Providing Better Visibility w Additional Detail to Report Chart Widgets

1.) Currently, it's not possible to quickly and easily define the time period for the chart. For tables there is already the option "Start to end" - but this is missing for charts.
Let us please define the start- and end-points of axis. I.e. we currently need to set the "initial value" of measures to 0 to ensure that all measures are visualized with the y-axis of charts starting at 0. We need this to e.g. visually compare different measures in side-by-side charts. Also for many measures starting at 0 makes sense - i.e. you don't want a profit margin chart to show 20% - 25% on the axis, but start at 0%

2.) For charts, y-axis states it's an average, but unit on the y-axis is missing
