Simplifying Time Horizons

When setting Time Horizons, it would be easier if I just had a table of time horizons where I could add or edit in line, and see more of them at once.

The visualization is fine, but I have some UI issues sometimes scrolling left/right and sometimes I accidentally move a time horizon by accident (by a few days) and don’t realize until later. Ultimately, I think the visual is not necessary and I’d be fine with a table
