Update Template: Predefine the title and/or make it optional

In Update templates, the default title is the date of the update: “Update for Jan 2026”. It would be useful to have the option to customize the default title (for example the name of the template or something different), and maybe an extra field to capture the period of the update, and also choosing to disable the title / make it optional .
