Update template with possibility to auto populate last week update in it.

This is a BIG one for them, they implemented this way of working last year and have seen a huge improvement on quality and frequency of updates. People have been much more thorough because they were gaining a lot of time being able to start from their last updates (especially on long term projects were updates are required weekly but not many things change). They see this as crucial for good user experience and adoption as starting from scratch each week would be seen as a regression.
