Update templates and timeline

We capture monthly operational updates on Actions, monthly SLT updates on Projects, and quarterly Board updates on Objectives. They all have a slightly different template and are expected on these different cadences to support their narrative. Even if they lean into Reports and use notes to summarize, these updates will contain the details that help drive that narrative that ultimately is written!
