Overall % Completion of the FA at the Focus Area level
Overall % Completion of the FA at the Focus Area level and available in reporting as well, offering important information for quick access. Today we can report on the details but the exec level need to know overall progress at a higher level to easily see how are we pacing, where we are behind, with a clear % number attached to it for FA that have dates.

Allow showing health of focus areas in the discover table (grouping)
Health exists in the background so we should be able to pull it into the reports
