Agree with this feedback. Without being able to create these links between plans we are going to have to duplicate key results that are relevant at corporate level as well as for specific teams within their respective strategies/plans.
We are also using actions successfully to map success of our projects in milestone terms. Without being able to link the 'action type across plans we are having to add an unnecessary layer of an ‘objective’ project container above just to be able to show contribution to another plan (e.g. a tech project contributing to another team’s success).
