Ability to look at health of short and long term plans

St.Jude struggles with using health scores because sometimes they want to look at a 1-year plan in isolation and sometimes they want to look at the full picture of their 5-year plan. The health of the focus areas and long term objectives need to be set to the timeline of one plan or the other, the system isn’t able to provide an accurate view of both.
