Ability to See Last Update Date for a Progress Update (not a narrative update)

To streamline progress tracking, we need a simple column in the table view in reports that displays the date of the most recent percentage progress update simlilar to the last update column for the narrative update for each goal. This will allow us to quickly assess if progress is being actively logged, even when a narrative description is missing, enhancing accountability and reducing the need to check the activity log in the goal hub.
