Admin control of user notification settings

ABS does not want executives in Cascade getting notifications, but they want other users to be able to get them. The ability for admins to manage individual user’s notification settings (rather than making the executive leaders log in to Cascade and walking them through how to turn off notifications), would be a huge help in being able to globally turn on notifications. I know that Vizient would benefit from this as well!
