Create "Approvals" at the plan level

In the plan settings, or maybe the top of the plan, would like admin to be able to define an approval level, then have a section to the right where a user click on approval and “sign” their approval with a timestamp.

Could see a client wanting many approvals, so the ability to add like up to 5 would be useful.

This is another element in the bucket of Middle East clients who would use this.

(it’s different than the updater role as it’s just at the top level of the plan and more for documentation)
