Enhancement to duplication functionality

When you do Duplicate of a measurement the copy version will not remember the sub-targets. But when you do Duplicate of an action the copy version will both remember if you have a check-list or a milestone. It would be great if the copy of the measure also will remember the details - or at least give the opportunity to be copied into the new one as well
