Expected Progress - Wider Date/Occurrence Options

Can we add the ability to have varying dates for 'Expected Progress' - similar to a calendar re-occurrence e.g. 10th of every month, 2nd Monday of every month etc. as well as having the ability to change ad-hoc occurrences e.g. for the month of December, August etc.
