Favorite Reports also show on Home Page

Pinning is a frustratingly manual process. Would rather Favorite reports show up the same way favorite plans do.

As an extension, Teams should be allowed to have assigned Plans and Reports, and in that case ALL members of the teams automatically see those favorited and on their home page.
