Filtering Updates by date

The current "Last Update" column automatically displays the most recent entry. However, when generating reports for a specific period, some may prefer that the column remains empty if no new update was provided for that timeframe. Rather than displaying an "old" update by default, we should allow users to filter for updates within a chosen window. This functionality would enable the report to accurately reflect when there is no new information to share for the current period, providing a cleaner and more accurate representation of the status as of that specific date. Adding a toggle to "Exclude updates older than [X]" or to show a blank state for the selected period would be useful.
