Governance/Visibility over disabled or deleted users

When selecting a user as owner, collaborator, etc. you will be notified if the user is still only invited. This will be shown in brackets (eg. Name Surname (invited). But when a user is disabled and no longer a user in the system you are not able to see it unless you are a admin user and look up the person in the user library. It would be great if the "disabled" also could be shown in brackets so it is obvious for other users that we need to take action and re-assign to somebody else.
