Hiding/Archiving Completed Plans

Clients often ask about archiving plans for reference, but both don’t want to see them in the plan heirachy or the plan list unless they need to. Would expect the admin would have the ability to hide/archive them and they could go into a section only Admin knows, but wouldn’t be able to edit anything in it (only view).

    Importance has increased with the start of the new financial year and implementation of new strategic plans. Clients need the ability to archive completed or superseded plans so they are hidden from active views but remain accessible for reference. Retaining inactive plans in active hierarchies creates clutter, reduces efficiency, and impacts platform usability.

    We need this to maintain the teams’ focus without losing track of the progress that has already been made.
