Knowing Originating Plan of objectives when linking

When you choose an objective to connect, it shows the name but NOT the plan it’s coming from. In some situations where a client has many plans with similar worded objectives, it’s hard to know where it’s coming from.

if there was also an indicator of the origin plan for the objective, it would help re-work
