Nest strategies under measures

"To address this, we would like to request the following enhancements:

(1) Nesting Strategies Under Measures: The ability to directly nest strategies, projects, or actions under specific measures. This would allow us to see the hierarchical connection between our operational activities and the targeted outcomes they are intended to influence.

(2) Relational Ties Between Strategies and Measures: Alternatively, or in addition, we propose introducing a feature that enables creating relationships between strategies and measures. This would allow us to map strategies to multiple measures where applicable and easily track and analyze how our actions contribute to various outcomes.
