Retain historical data when changing tracking for actions/measures

In terms of the other query about converting milestones to checklists, or vice versa, it does seem the case that initially the system does ‘delete’ all the information, and it would perhaps be good as a future development if Cascade could somehow sustain these details, perhaps bringing up a box for the user to then select these items and then assign the order/percentage to them.

We’ve tested the conversion feature and it does seem that if converting from these to manual slider, that the current % progress is sustained by the system, however of course the detail contained in the checklists/milestones is auto-deleted and therefore lost. I’ve suggested Darren takes a screenshot of these and pastes them as an update before conversion so that important details aren’t lost.

Having said that, I think they would still be visible in the historical activity part of the goal, so perhaps even this screenshot wouldn’t be needed if you know where to look for the details:
