Set custom fields at element type level rather than all the Objectives in a Plan.

    Custom Fields > Breakdown by Element Type

    Have the ability to include Custom Fields by Element Type - similar to what you can do for Update Templates.

    I.e. not all Objective, Measures etc. - only the types you select from the strategy model.
