Have something to say?
Advanced Google Search
Hi team - similar to how you can do Advanced Search on Google, could we do something on Cascade e.g. Type XYZ, Owned by A, Time Horizon = B etc. Thank you!
Progress Color Alignment After Step Completion
After completing any step (100%) within an initiative, the progress color should be changed similar to the one displayed in the main initiatives section .
List view show favourites and pins by default
The reports and plans you care about most should be at the top of the list views.
Cascade in Arabic + Right-To-Left reading + Arabic numbers
An increasing amount of Saudi Arabian clients purchased Cascade and going through implementation. It's important for +80% of them to have Cascade in Arabic and be able to read from Left to Right.
My Work | Sort Order & Default Columns
Within MyWork - have the ability to have sticky sort orders and default columns across the Workspace.
Simplify Global navigation
There are a lot of things that distract contributors in the product. It would be great if they didn't have access to all the things they don't need, e.g. the insights tab, so the product feels more focussed for them.
Disable Risks
Disable the risks feature at a workspace level. We have our own risk management platform and would prefer our team to use that.
Filtering and sorting in Kanban view
Customer feedback was that in the KanBan board, it is really hard to find the action you want to find if you own 30+ different actions across Cascade. They were asking if there is an easier way to find the one you want. I recommended “ctrl+f” and searching by keyword on the page, but I reckon we can do better than that! ;)
Home view that includes company’s mission, vision and values + company logo/branding
• Possibility to have Mission, Vision and Values in the home view at a, not only at at team level. Be able to customise the look and feel of the and introduce specific images and design in order to foster ownership of the tool within the organization.
Settings dates should take into account previous dates in range
Would be a plus if when entering a date it took into account previous dates to know where to start the calendar. In setting a target, it always starts at todays dates rather than notice the previous target date was a certain value. When setting the date for a range (i.e. commencement for a focus area), it should know that if I start on Dec 1 2025, the completion will be AFTER that (like when booking a flight). Instead, it goes to the default current calendar again. This would save maybe a few clicks for the client, but makes intuitive sense on what it would suggest.
Hover over duplicate or move button in widget should tell you what it is
Would be useful if I didn't need to intuit what those buttons did at the top right of a widget in edit mode. Once you do it, its prob fine, but users shouldn't need to explore to figure out how things work.
Pivot Plan Alignment View
Generally, it feels more natural to look at the plan alignment from top down (similar to an org chart). It often feels a bit unnatural to look at it left to right. Unless there was a specific design reason for this, i’d default to top down and if you want, have a toggle than can make it left to right if desired.
Consider changing icon/tool tip for the "Reorder" button
It looks like some kind of sorting function rather than a lock/unlock function for moving things around in the planner
Make inline fields obviously editable
I think it used to be more clear that you can click it. Had a client not realize you can do it and request that it changes Examples from the drilldown (sidebar) directly under the title such as: Status, Date
